Fact Check: George Floyd Had Fatal Levels Of Fentanyl In His System. True

Yes, Floyd, a convicted, reportedly almost 6 foot 7, at times 250 plus lbs, armed robber and felon, pointed a loaded gun at a pregnant crime victim in the past. Yes, experts say he was high on what would be a fatal dose of illegal drugs for anyone other than a man of his size.

Contrary to the Snopes family narrative, this factual evidence is NOT being used to justify the abuse of the police force against Floyd. Yes, Floyd worked as a bouncer with accused “racist” and newly convicted murderer officer Chauvin at a nightclub in Minneapolis, MN.

Yes, Chauvin exceeded the use of reasonable force with Floyd and others, and he had a past reputation as a man with what many describe as a “short man” or Napoleon’s complex. No, there was zero evidence presented at trial that police officer Chauvin was or is a “racist.”

Fact Check: Did George Floyd Have Fatal Levels Of Fentanyl And Crystal Meth In His System? Yes. True.

The True Story of What Happened in Minneapolis
According to more than one scientific expert, Floyd had levels of Fentanyl considered fatal to an average man in his system upon his obviously wrongful death.
As the allegedly high Floyd was trying to drive away in a van, the police, an Asian, African American, and Chauvin detained George Floyd for questioning after receiving 9-1-1 reports of a large, muscular man wearing a tank top, speaking illegibly, trying to purchase goods with counterfeit U.S. currency, a white collar crime. (also a federal felony.).

“He didn’t know the man, but he remarked on Floyd’s physique – Martin asked him if he played baseball, and Floyd replied that he played football, he recalled.””…he rambled a bit – making it “appear that he was high...” [Emphasis] (Source NPR.)

In related news, Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, is apparently being threatened by a Dallas, Texas lawyer with a lawsuit by the Floyd family for agreeing with the defense for disgraced police officer Chauvin that Floyd died from illegal drug intoxication and basically being a criminal.

“I watched the George Floyd documentary that Candace Owens put out,” Ye said. “They hit him with the Fentanyl. If you look, the guy’s knee wasn’t even on his neck like that.” (Source.)

The convenience store worker’s boss told the 9-1-1 operator that Floyd was trying to purchase goods with a counterfeit $20 bill. Martin testified his manager told another co-worker [who is heard on tape ignored by most news outlets] to call the police.

“Earlier that day, Martin had refused to accept a similar bill from a man who was with Floyd.” (Supra.)

[None of this was covered by CNN or mentioned by the nonprofit corporation BLM.] Officers determined it was unsafe to the public for him to drive while high. Hence, the law affected an arrest, enforcing public safety that a man would not drive around and kill people with his van. No one, not even the surviving family, disputes that Floyd was filled with a cocktail of illegal drugs.

Most experts, including trained police at the scene, agree that Floyd would have been unsafe to drive into a busy road with bystanders and children present. Most experts agree Floyd could have caused a potentially fatal car accident.

The legal issue was whether Chauvin (a small, 140 lbs white male with a history of resorting to weapons to solve threats) exceeded the use of force and if so, was it because he was:

  1. Racist/systemic racism
  2. Was/is a lawbreaker?

Chauvin previously worked with Floyd as a bouncer, probably knew Floyd was a prior, convicted, violent felon, and was allegedly terrified of Floyd [6 foot 7 inches and well over 230 lbs at death.]

As a bouncer, the flyweight Chauvin (who could legally carry a concealed firearm) was known for resorting to pepper spray, apparently due to his small stature to avoid physical skirmishes.

In sharp contrast:

“Standing about six-feet-seven tall with superhero muscles, Floyd loved being a bouncer. Popularly known as “Big Floyd” among his circle of friends and co-workers, he was described as “always cheerful” by the owner of another bar where he worked part-time.” (Source.)

According to one expert, Chauvin placed his knee on a resisting, delirious Floyd’s windpipe, and to another, his shoulder pinned him and Floyd’s throat /neck/chest area while Floyd was handcuffed to detain him. Most people can agree that Chauvin was pinning him to the ground with his knee, just not whether it was his windpipe. Either way, the law found that Chauvin exceeded the use of reasonable force and threw him in jail.

Afterward, we saw one violent riot after another, one set of looting after another, and BLM representatives saying, “insurance will pay for it.” City after city was set ablaze, beset by riots and severe disruptions, with the mainstream press crying “peaceful protests” over “systemically racist” cops at the black-run police department in M.N.

Regardless of the position of your civil rights beliefs, much more remains involved in the case surrounding George Floyd’s death than our mainstream media is sharing with you.

This disinfo by journalists (“mostly peaceful protests“), hiding the reports of the public safety threat posed by a man potentially driving high on Fentanyl, helped give rise to the massive protests and BLM riots of 2020. What officer Chauvin did was wrong.

What the media did was wrong, too, by presenting only one side of the story and making up evidence and conclusions that never existed, thereby inciting violence based on a “racist” narrative. Instead, a theory that all police, especially white police, are “systemically racist” was presented by for-profit news outlets.

Death “caused by the police subdual and restraint in the setting of severe hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, and methamphetamine, and fentanyl intoxication.”

One side says Floyd died from congestive heart failure, exacerbated by Fentanyl / Meth, causing the blood-tinged sputum to come out of his mouth and nose. (“No life-threatening injuries identified.”) This same expert said at trial that drugs and possibly Floyd’s COVID-19 merely played a role, but it was really murder by Chauvin.

Toxicology (see attached report for full details; testing performed on antemortem blood specimens collected 5/25/20 at 9:00 p.m. at HHC and on postmortem urine) A. Blood drug and novel psychoactive substances screens: 1. Fentanyl 11 ng/mL 2. Norfentanyl 5.6 ng/mL 3. 4-ANPP 0.65 ng/mL 4. Blood volatiles: negative for ethanol, methanol, isopropanol, or acetone C. Urine drug screen: presumptive positive for cannabinoids, amphetamines, and fentanyl/metabolite D. Urine drug screen confirmation: morphine (free) 86 ng/mL

Covid Diagnosis

The decedent was known to be positive for 2019-nCoV RNA on 4/3/2020. Since PCR positivity for 2019-nCoV RNA can persist for weeks after the onset and resolution of clinical disease, the autopsy result most likely reflects asymptomatic but persistent PCR positivity from the previous infection.

Prior to the trial, the family said not so fast, and it’s all about racism and “asphyxia.” During Floyd’s recent criminal trial against Floyd, tapes at the liquor store substantiated the liquor store clerk’s testimony that decedent Floyd was intoxicated. Listen to the partial 9-1-1 tapes here.

Missing from the People Magazine story are the initial calls about the high Floyd, here: “tall guy” who was “awfully drunk and he’s not in control of himself.” (Source: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/george-floyd-death-911-transcript-minneapolis-police)

“He was also drunk and everything, and return to give us our cigarettes back … so he can go home but he doesn’t want to do that, and he’s sitting on his car cause he is awfully drunk and he’s not in control of himself” (Source 9-1-1 tape.)

Either way, after receiving death threats, the liquor store owner, Mahmoud Abumayyaleh, now says his apparent policy to call the police when he is being ripped off is wrong.

“He told the Sahan Journal that he and his employees, who had received death threats this week, were “shocked by the behavior of police” and “saddened” by Floyd’s death.”

Mahmoud says: “We don’t call the police when counterfeit money is handed to us.”

Floyd was clearly high as a kite and already exhibiting the symptoms of a fatal drug overdose, according to experts not paid by the plaintiffs or prosecutor. That is one of the cores of the problem.

We have a case of a police interaction leading to death and a news media that doesn’t cover both sides of the story. Perhaps it is a homicide or murder, but it was up to a jury to decide, not the news media. Ultimately, Officer Chauvin was convicted and remains behind bars. Still, we have a murder conviction in Minneapolis due to the incident. And no sense of justice for anyone in sight seems clear. Not for George Floyd’s family, unless you consider the millions they received for their record-setting wrongful death settlement without any trial, fueled by journalists.

Not for the family of the police officers or many active-duty cops who want to protect and serve. And certainly not for the police department in M.N. or the nation at large. We feel like a great; big wound opened up due to the press’s framing and others using many specious, emotion-based arguments lacking evidence that we must overcome somehow. What better way than to review the causes of George Floyd’s death on a fateful night in May 2020?

We can get a semblance of what truly happened by reviewing court records detailing facts from that night, using sunlight as our disinfectant. Our legal team has reviewed the case. We now present what we know from our traditional perspective. We used our decades of legal expertise to break this info down further.

The Case Surrounding The George Floyd Death

The events on that May night in Minneapolis are still controversial and include many publicly known aspects, but some don’t. Furthermore, publicly available information has yet to be reported or is not buried by the media.

We have also seen the press, especially CNN, promote the idea that Trump supporters and white people generally are committing hate crimes against gays, blacks, and Hispanics.

When it turns out that these stories were fake self-hate crimes, such as with Jesse Smollet, the media falls silent. Even then-Senator Kamala Harris blamed Trump for the phony attack, and she never retracted her statement.

And we don’t see fact-checkers going crazy to fix what they passed off as genuine. After all, it’s not like Meta will add a “fact check label’ to anything that goes against its politics.

This disinformation and informational blackout created a confusing situation, sparking race riots, trucks running over rioters, protests, and looting across the country. And it all comes back to that night and the salacious propaganda pushed by for-profit media and its allies in the educational and industrial complex.

True – George Floyd Appeared to Be Wasted On Fentanyl to Objective Observers [Original 9-1-1 call transcripts, etc.]

Further review of the case reveals that George Floyd may have died that night regardless of what happened with the Police. The reason for this is the large cocktail of drugs inside his system.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner originally stated that:

“Heart Disease, Fentanyl Contributed to George Floyd’s death” (Source.)

But after the riots and physical threats, it appears this Examiner and private examiners hired by George Floyd’s family reached different conclusions using the same six pieces of evidence filed in the local court. The family’s expert discounts COVID, and illegal drugs, calling it an “asphyxiation.”

At Least Four Experts, Three Causes Of Death?

As with global warming, or anything else, each side pays experts to give their opinion. If you sell solar panels, you declare the world will end unless you believe my expert and do away with oil drilling. The oil industry has its experts saying we need the energy to survive.

Whoever the press gives better coverage wins with the public; here is the jury. Here, the family hired an expert, the pro-BLM Biden DOJ hired theirs, and the more neutral state agency hired theirs. Additionally, the Chauvin defense team hired theirs. Remarkably, the experts all sided with their employers’ point of view as to the cause of death.

I.

George Floyd Cause OF Death Expert Opinion One – Hennepin County Medical Examiner

The County Medical Examiner, Dr. Andrew Baker, stated in his report that the autopsy revealed

“no physical evidence suggesting that Mr. Floyd died of asphyxiation.”

The Examiner also noted the inclusion of Fentanyl and meth in his bloodstream. Later, after the story had been politicized, this expert inferred that the drugs were not the main cause, just “a cause.” [?]

II.

George Floyd Cause of Death Expert Opinion Two – Floyd Family / Biden DOJ

On the other hand, the Floyd family hired their expert. The Biden USDOJ hired their expert to go after Chauvin. The family relied on the testimony of this Armed Forces Medical Examiner, who filed a separate memo regarding the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s conclusion that:

“…the amount of fentanyl in Floyd’s blood was “pretty high” and could be “a fatal level of fentanyl under normal circumstances.”(Source.)

The Armed Forces examiner determined that Floyd’s death was:

“caused by the police subdual and restraint in the setting of severe hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, and methamphetamine, and fentanyl intoxication.”

In other words, the expert the family paid says Chauvin killed Floyd regardless of the illegal drugs, and the one hired by the state and federal government says it was drugs and a bad arrest. (Source.)

III.

The Chauvin / Ye Cause of Death Expert

Last, another expert for the Chauvin defense team said:

“… that George Floyd died due to his underlying heart disease.” (Source.)

This is why Ye is being sued. He sided with a cause of death expert the family disagreed with. Many legal experts believe the attorney suing Ye could face disbarment for what they see as a frivolous shakedown.

The facts are that Chauvin personally knew Floyd, who worked as a bouncer with Chauvin at a nightclub. So he likely also knew Floyd was a violent, convicted felon.

The man was a giant, and Chauvin was not a “badass.” Despite his likely psychological problems, Chauvin was trained to recognize drug use symptoms and how PCP and meth give suspects the “super” power to break handcuffs with superhuman strength.

Chauvin was videotaped by bystanders, including the African American store clerk who set off the police contact, pressing his knee down onto Floyd’s neck to keep him down, as the larger, more powerful Floyd was delusional and wasted on heavy-duty drugs.

This info hasn’t hit much of the mainstream press yet. Instead, myself and my staff are being accused of “racism” after presenting the whole story without the media narrative.

Even with the trial, the insinuative narrative that this was a racist attack and that ALL cops hate black people remains the focus. Most news coverage centers on “I can’t breathe,” which journalists quoted Floyd as stating during his arrest.

But as we learned in law school, there is often much more involved in the story. Floyd said, “I can’t breathe,” well before he was cuffed and restrained based on the evidence presented during Chauvin’s criminal trial.

What Will The Effects Be?

Whether officials care about the truth matters not; since the narrative does not fit mainstream corporate news agendas, we know many implications remain for resolution here. And our current political and social climate means no explanation will come- or anytime soon.

But we should spread the truth of what happened that night far and wide and not just cave to the tiny, politically driven part of a much broader media narrative. Instead, we citizens must look at the death of George Floyd to give his memory a greater chance for justice, including for his family– and our country.

We are too divided to keep treading along the same lines repeatedly. The exact details of that night should be our jumping-off point into the state of policing. And experts must continually research our understanding of race issues in this country to give updates as we learn more.

Look for riots, fewer police patrols, and hate crimes against white people if Officer Chauvin is acquitted. And don’t forget. The Police have zero Constitutional duty to protect you.

You must be careful if you consider exercising your right of self-defense by using your car to run against human obstacles blocking roads, or using a firearm, for example! But with the press feeding ordinary people false narratives and fact-checkers refusing to provide unbiased information, expect more future racial polarization used as a political bludgeon.
