Officers from the Hayward PD responded to the report of a collision between a car and a pedestrian at the Harris Road and Manon Avenue junction. A driver was reportedly traveling in Hayward Wednesday morning when he struck the 82-year-old woman at the Harris Road and Manon Avenue Hayward intersection.
